TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Article 1: Scope
These conditions apply to services provided by Grand-Sahara-Aventures, in Tunisia.
Item 2: Price
The prices are those published on the site on the date of registration.
They are indicated per person and in Euro.
The prices indicated on the site are subject to change at any time, but the services will be invoiced at the price announced when ordering.
Article 3: Order
The order must be made by email.
The information on the Grand-Sahara-Aventures site is contractual and will be confirmed by email.
Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
All reservations must be accompanied by a confirmation email as well as copies of the participants' identity documents.
You will be asked to pay a deposit of 15% to book the excursion or circuit in return for a voucher which will be sent to you.
Article 4: Payment
You will be asked to pay a deposit of 15% to book the excursion or circuit
The total balance will be due on the day of departure from the excursion or circuit, the balance must be paid in cash, either in Euros or in Dinars.
Article 5: Performance of the service
After receiving the confirmation email and copies of participants' identity documents or passports, and the deposit, the requested services will be reserved.
You will receive the voucher as well as the contact details of your guide and your contacts in Djerba.
Article 6: Refund conditions
In the event of your cancellation to:
- More than 30 days before the departure date, full refund, excluding bank transfer fees.
- Between 30 and 21 days before the departure date, 25% of the total amount of the deposit will be retained, excluding bank transfer costs.
- Between 20 and 10 days before the departure date, 50% of the total amount of the deposit will be retained, excluding bank transfer costs.
- From 9 to 4 days before the departure date, 80% of the total amount of the deposit will be retained, transfer fees not included.
- From 4 days until the departure date, the total amount of the deposit will be retained, including bank transfer fees.
Any cancellation must be communicated by email with acknowledgment of receipt, to: email@example.com
Article 7 - Personal data
Personal information and personal data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order, as well as for the improvement of the services and information addressed to you.
They can also be transmitted to the guides responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment.

Article 8: Civil liability
In accordance with the legislation which governs our profession, we are insured for professional civil liability. However, we cannot replace the individual civil liability and repatriation insurance which each client must hold.
